Description
While waiting for a train, I saw this closed, out-of-business diner. It must have served its last meal in the 1990s but it was still there as if it was waiting, almost eager to feed hungry travelers who had long since passed this place by in favor of a faster more sterile fast food option. I can imagine the clinking of dishes, coffee being poured, and quiet conversations about the weather, local politics, and weekend plans. We have lost so much to "progress" it's truly sad to see this place sitting quiet and abandoned wondering where the breakfast rush is and why it is taking so long.
